Who we are

DevStackPulse is a personal project built and operated by Raul Vallejo, based in Barcelona, Spain. You can contact us at info@devstackpulse.com.

What data we collect

We collect the following data when you use DevStackPulse:

• Your email address (via Google Sign-In or magic link)
• The tools and APIs you choose to monitor (your sources)
• Your interests text, if you choose to provide it

We do not collect payment data, browsing data, or any sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

We use your data solely to:

• Send you your weekly digest email every Monday
• Send you instant alerts when breaking changes are detected in your monitored sources
• Personalize your digest based on your stated interests

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the European Union. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Email delivery

We use Resend to deliver emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering your digest and alerts. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data (“right to be forgotten”) — you can do this at any time from your Profile & Settings page
• Object to or restrict processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@devstackpulse.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted immediately, including your email, sources, and interests.

Cookies

DevStackPulse uses only essential cookies required for authentication (provided by Supabase). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make significant changes.
